ʻĀina Active Tonics started with a simple idea: the rinds and cores of Hawaiian pineapple are too good to throw away. We upcycle them through traditional Korean cheong curing, slowly drawing out their natural sweetness, active bromelain and tropical flavor, then finish with a touch of Hawaiian sea salt.
HiCheong is our foundation: a golden pineapple concentrate for tonic sodas, teas, shave ice and marinades. MajesTi Tonic is our 7-day cold-cured recovery elixir, ready to drink.
