Because our tonics are perishable, handcrafted foods, we can't accept returns. If your order is damaged, incorrect, or not up to our standard, contact us within 3 days of pickup at AinaActiveTonics@gmail.com with your order number and a photo, and we'll replace it or refund you.
Apparel and merch
Our merch is printed to order. If an item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo and we'll send a replacement or issue a refund. We can't accept returns for size or color changes, so please check the size guide before ordering.
Refunds
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
