HiCheong Hawaiian Pineapple Concentrate – Half Gallon

HiCheong is our foundation elixir: Hawaiian pineapple rinds and cores that would otherwise go to waste, slowly transformed through traditional Korean cheong fermentation into a rich, golden concentrate. A touch of Hawaiian sea salt (2%) rounds out the bright, tropical sweetness.

How to enjoy: Mix 1 part HiCheong with 4 parts sparkling water for a refreshing tonic soda, or drizzle over shave ice, stir into tea, or use in dressings and marinades.

Oʻahu pickup: Handcrafted in small batches on Oʻahu. After you order, we'll reach out to set up a meetup spot that works for you anywhere on the island. Please allow at least 3 days for your order to be ready.
